The royal and her long-time boyfriend Dave Clark are enjoying another lavish break off the Spanish coast.

Princess Beatrice is gearing up for her 27th birthday celebrations and is certainly doing it in style.

The royal, who is on her seventeenth holiday in under eight months, has been relaxing on board a £1.5 billion luxury yacht owned by Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich.

It’s the world’s second longest private yacht, with two swimming pools, a beauty parlour, saunas, a pair of helipads and costs £50 million a year to maintain.

Not content with relaxing on one luxury liner, the 26-year-old was later spotted taking a boat over to a different yacht, the Rising Sun, to join some very high-profile famous faces – including Oprah Winfrey.

The £200 million Rising Sun is owned by billionaire David Geffen and boasts a basketball court, wine cellar, swimming pool and movie theatre.

Oprah, who is holidaying with her good friend Gayle King, was seen relaxing in the sun on the top deck before Beatrice, who was dressed casually in a loose-fitting print frock, joined her.

It’s believed Oprah, who has interviewed the Duchess of York on a number of occasions, invited the 26-year-old over for drinks.

Beatrice’s longtime boyfriend Dave Clark was also there.

Beatrice recently gave up her £20,000 a year job at Sony and has since enjoyed a string of holidays, including skiing breaks, trips to St Barts, the Bahamas, Florida, New York and Italy.

Buckingham Palace confirmed in February that she had begun studying finance in America.
